Membership

Do you have different membership types?

We offer a holistic membership with which you can use all amenities (except personal training) of our studio. It costs 80€ per month and is cancellable month-to-month. A one-time activation fee of 150€ (including an exclusive merch package) or 100€ (without the package) is to be paid, as well.     Under 27 Membership

    Also, for people who are under 27 years old (so 26 years old or younger) we offer our U27 membership. This membership cannot be signed online but only at the studio itself. It costs 50€ per month and includes all benefits, our other membership has.

      What is included in my membership?

      Memberships are all inclusive. Addons like personal training, retail items, and refreshments from the juice bar are a separate cost.

        Can I freeze my membership?

        No need. Memberships are month-to-month and can be cancelled monthly with a 14-day deadline. Warning: if you cancel your membership, you will be put on the waiting list before being able to join again.

            Memberships automatically renew every month on your enrollment date until you cancel.

                How do I cancel my membership?

                You can cancel in person at SERGIO RAMOS by JOHN REED, by email, or over the phone. Memberships are month-to-month and can be cancelled monthly with a 14-day deadline. All the ways to cancel are outlined in your membership agreement.

                  Do you have day or guest passes?

                  Yes, we do offer Experience Days! For 20€ you can use all our amenities and/or join a workout with our coaches. Ideally, you got in contact with us before and reserved a spot in this workout already. If you sign a membership after your Experience Day, we offset the costs with your first payment.

                    Classes & PT

                    How do I sign up for classes?

                    You need to create an account on our website to access our class schedule. From there you can easily chose and book the one you want to attend.

                      How far in advance can I reserve a class?

                      Up to 7 days in advance.

                        What is the cancellation deadline?

                        You can cancel up to 3 hours prior to the start of your class. If you fail to cancel 3 hours before your class, you will get a strike. Should you receive 3 strikes of any kind, your ability to sign up for classes will be suspended for 2 weeks.

                          What if I miss a class?

                          If you sign up for a class and are no-show, you will receive a strike. Should you receive 3 strikes, your ability to sign up for classes will be suspended for 2 weeks.

                            What if I am late to class?

                            1 minute before the class begins, the instructor will start inviting members on the walk-in standby list in the order they signed up. If you’re more than 5 minutes late regardless of there being space available, you will not be allowed to enter the class for safety reasons. There are no exceptions to this rule, so please arrive early.

                            Note: If you booked a class and your tardiness negatively effects the class capacity (i.e., your spot could have gone to another member on the waitlist) you will receive a strike. Should you receive 3 strikes, your ability to sign up for classes will be suspended for 2 weeks.

                              What is the policy for your waiting list?

                              Once a class is full, you will be offered a spot on the waitlist. If a spot opens 3 hours before class, you will automatically be added to the waitlist, and notified via email. The waitlist closes 3 hours before the class, so sign up early.

                                What is the personal training cancellation deadline?

                                You can cancel up to 24 hours prior to the start of your personal training session. If you fail to cancel 24 hours before your session, you will be charged for the missed appointment.
